Frequently Asked Questions

 

All our cakes are booked as first come, first serve.  We book a set number of cakes based on complexity and size each week.  We encourage couples to call as soon as possible after you have chosen you reception location chosen.  Click here to you schedule a tasting.

 

You can click here to use our online scheduling system to book a tasting appointment.  Our fee is $25 and upon booking your wedding cake with us that amount is applied to your total

We can comfortably accommodate up to three indivudals in addition to the cake designer.  If you plan on bring a friend or family member, please let us know when you schedule.

 

Yes, we can put most fresh flowers on your cake.  We will work with you and your florist to help determine what flowers are food safe.  Any fresh flowers you want placed on your cake will need to be left near the cake table prior to delivery.  We also offer gum paste flowers that we can color match.  Click here to check out some of your options for gum paste flowers.

 
 

Our wedding cakes start at $5 per serving for buttercream and $6 per serving for fondant.  Additional costs include custom design elements. All of this can be discussed during your tasting. 

 

We do not carry cake toppers but you can provide your own.  If you would like us to place it on your cake please be prepared to have it available at your cake table prior to delivery.  You can also drop off or ship your cake tooper to us and we will hold on to it and place it on the cake upon delivery.

We do offer cakes stands and your can see a picture of each by clicking here.  We ask for a $100 deposit of which $50 will be refunded to you upon return of the cake stand.

If you will be providing your own cake stand keep in mind the stand will need to be at least 2 inces wider than the diameter of your base tier and sturdy enough to support the weight of your cake.

Once you meet with us and go over your cake we send a proposal with summary details.  If you wish to use our bakery we ask that your accept the proposal and a contract with full details will be sent to you via email for you to accept.  Upon acceptance we ask for a 20% deposit and the final balance to be made 30 days prior to your wedding date.  We are a verified Authroize.Net merchant and all payments made by credit for wedding cake services are handled through our online processing link.

 
 

Yes! Delivery and set-up is $55 within 10 miles of our location.  We deliver outside of this radius for $95 with additional $1.00 per mile after the first 10 miles.  We will work with you, your venue and your caterer to coordinate the delivery on the day of the event.
